Product Description

The raw effluent from its various source of generationshall be collected in Collection cum Equalization Tank (EQT) through Screenchamber & Oil & Grease removal chamber.

From Equalization tank, the raw effluent shall betransfer to mixing cum settling tank. In this tank, Prepared solutions ofcaustic/lime ,alum as per requirement and polyelectrolyte shall be added in themixing tank by chemical dosing system and results in the precipetation andconversion of microflocs into macroflocs. Then settling of macroflocs shall beallowed to settle in the settling tank. The sludge settled at the bottom shallbe removed and transferred to sludge drying tank.

The treated effluent shall be passed through MultigradeFilter for removal of residual suspended particles, COD/BOD etc. After thefiltration, sodium hypo chloride shall also added for disinfection of treatedeffluent, then finally  treated waterwill be reused / discharge into sewer/drain.
